  • Invitation / sponsorship letter from the religious institution or socio-cultural organisation in Mauritius
  • Completed visa application form, passport photos and passport data-page copy

How to apply

  • Apply through a Mauritian diplomatic/consular mission or Air Mauritius office
  • As a last resort, email documents to piovisa@govmu.org

Documents you may need

  • Visa application form, duly completed and signed
  • Two recent passport-size photographs
  • Photocopy of the data pages of your passport
  • Letter from the Mauritian religious or socio-cultural institution supporting the visit
  • Copy of your return passage ticket
  • Previous month's bank statement
  • Hotel reservation, or evidence of sponsorship for accommodation (sponsor's ID, residence permit, proof of address and bank statement)
