  • Spouses of Jamaican citizens
  • Dependants of permanent residence holders
  • Former holders of Unconditional Landing by marriage to a Jamaican

Requirements

  • Local medical certificate / certificate of good health
  • Police certificate from previous country of residence (and Jamaica if resident 6 months or more)
  • Two identical passport-size photographs certified by a Justice of the Peace
  • Evidence of property ownership or assets in Jamaica or overseas
  • Letter stating the reason for permanent residence addressed to the PICA CEO
  • Reference letters from two reputable Jamaican nationals
  • Original documents only
