Fees are set by PICA and the Ministry of Labour and Social Security and are generally non-refundable and non-transferable. Published amounts include a Marriage Exemption Certificate at JA$17,250.00 and CARICOM Certificate charges (application and issue). The naturalisation processing fee is JMD$50,000.00 with a JMD$1,000.00 endorsement fee payable at the Stamp Office on approval.
