- People born outside Jamaica before 6 August 1962 with a qualifying Jamaican parent

How to apply
- Complete the citizenship-by-descent application form
- Provide the parent's proof of Jamaican citizenship and your birth certificate
- Submit at PICA or through a Jamaican mission abroad
