Requirements
- Application on Form 3 with a description of the nature of the business
- Proof of the applicant's financial resources
- Passport or certificate of identity and two passport-sized photographs
- Valid outward-bound ticket or repatriation bond
- If staying more than one year: medical (Form 7), radiological (Form 8) and police reports
- Any additional information required by the Principal Immigration Officer
How to apply
- Prepare a description of the business and evidence of financial resources
- Complete Form 3 and pay the prescribed Regulation 7 business fee
- Submit to the Immigration Department for the Principal Immigration Officer's decision
