Documents You Need for a Tuvalu Application
The core documents required for Visitor's Permits and Permits to Enter and Reside.
Important
For a Visitor's Permit on arrival you need a valid passport, proof of onward or return travel, and evidence of sufficient funds; travel advisories commonly recommend at least six months' passport validity. You complete an Arrival Card on entry.
For a Permit to Enter and Reside you submit Form 3 with your passport or certificate of identity, two passport-sized photographs, the prescribed fee, and evidence that you fit the purpose of the application (for example an employer sponsorship on Form 5 for employment, or a description of the business and proof of financial resources for business). Evidence of financial capacity — or a resident sponsor's Form 6 — is also required.
If you intend to reside for more than one year you must additionally provide a medical examination (Form 7), a radiological examination (Form 8), and police reports from every jurisdiction where you have lived for more than one year in the past five years.
