Tuvalu Visa and Permit Fees
Official fees for Visitor's Permits and Permits to Enter and Reside set out in the Immigration Regulations 2014.
Important
Fees are set in the Immigration Regulations 2014 and are payable in Australian dollars (Tuvalu also circulates its own dollar coins at par with the AUD). Visitor's Permit: AUD 100 per person, with no fee for nationals of countries listed in Schedule 1; a business endorsement costs an additional AUD 100; a visitor extension costs AUD 100, or AUD 200 where business or employment is intended.
Permit to Enter and Reside fees vary by purpose: conduct of business — AUD 600 (principal) + AUD 150 per dependant if lodged outside Tuvalu, or AUD 1,200 + AUD 300 per dependant if lodged inside; employment — the same as business; study — AUD 300 + AUD 150 per dependant; academic or scientific research — AUD 600 + AUD 300 per dependant; cultural or religious purpose — AUD 100 + AUD 50 per dependant; family re-union or support — AUD 100 + AUD 50 per dependant; a purpose approved by the Minister — AUD 200 + AUD 100 per dependant; visitor — AUD 100 per person.

- Employment: AUD 600 + AUD 150/dependant (outside) or AUD 1,200 + AUD 300/dependant (inside)
- Study: AUD 300 + AUD 150/dependant
- Academic/scientific research: AUD 600 + AUD 300/dependant
- Cultural/religious: AUD 100 + AUD 50/dependant
- Family re-union/support: AUD 100 + AUD 50/dependant
- Minister-approved purpose: AUD 200 + AUD 100/dependant
