Requirements
- Physical presence in Timor-Leste and a valid travel document
- No criminal conviction exceeding one year of imprisonment
- Adequate means of accommodation and subsistence
- A Visa to Establish Residence (with limited exemptions)
How to apply
- Lodge in person at the Immigration Service headquarters, Vila Verde, Dili
- Renew before expiry for further periods
