  • Valid US passport (valid at least 120 days beyond entry)

  • Remain without the annual non-citizen registration required of other foreigners

  • No ordinary entry permit application is required
  • Enter with a valid US passport under the Compact
  • Confirm any current formalities with the FSM Division of Immigration
