Who it is for

  • Ordinary-passport holders of eligible nationalities entering by air
  • Short-stay tourists and visitors who arrive and leave through a Belarusian airport

Requirements

  • Passport valid for at least 90 days beyond the intended date of departure
  • Sufficient financial means for the stay
  • Medical insurance valid in Belarus with cover of at least EUR 10,000 for the whole stay
  • Some nationalities (e.g. Vietnam, India, Pakistan, Egypt, others) also need a valid EU/Schengen multi-visa with an entry stamp and onward tickets leaving Minsk within 30 days

  • Stay visa-free for up to 30 days
  • Register with the Department for Citizenship and Migration if staying more than 5 working days (hotels register guests automatically)
