The e-visa costs EUR 35 for EU citizens and EUR 60 for other eligible nationalities, plus a EUR 6 internet and service fee; it is free for Japanese citizens and for young children (under 12 for EU nationals, under 14 for other nationalities). Payment is by Visa or Mastercard.

For residence, the temporary residence permit costs 3 base amounts, with exemptions for children under 14, investors and asylum seekers. Consular fees for embassy-issued visas (Types B, C and D) vary by nationality and agreement and should be confirmed with the relevant Belarusian mission.
