Requirements
- Passport valid for at least six months
- Valid authorisation of the religious organisation from the Interior Ministry
- Supporting letter from the organisation stating the purpose of the visit
- Payment of the consular fee
How to apply
- Have your congregation prepare the request letter and membership statement addressed to the consulate/embassy
- Complete the visa application form and gather the supporting documents
- Submit the application and documents to the nearest Venezuelan consulate or embassy
- Pay the consular fee and await issuance before you travel
Documents you may need
- Completed visa application form
- Original and copy of a passport valid for at least six months
- One recent colour passport-size photograph (front-facing)
- Criminal-background certificate, apostilled/legalised, no older than 3 months
- Letter from your congregation addressed to the consulate/embassy stating your full name, date and place of birth, passport number and dates, religious affiliation, entry date and length of stay, and your address in Venezuela
- Statement from the religious institution's representative certifying your membership and describing the mission activities
- Medical certificate (apostilled/legalised, translated into Spanish where applicable)
- Itinerary of the activities to be carried out in the country
- Proof of consular fee payment
