Requirements
- Official certificate of student status from the institution (private institutes must add a notary certification)
- Proof of sufficient means of living
- Passport and apostilled criminal-record certificate for countries lived in over six months in the last five years
- Uruguayan vaccination certificate (Decree 136/2018) and current health booklet (Carné de Salud)

- Await acceptance email with a link to book an appointment
- Present original documents at the chosen migration office
