Requirements
- Identity document or passport of the Uruguayan relative
- Proof of the link: birth certificate, marriage certificate, or registered cohabitation (Law 18246), apostilled/legalised and, if needed, translated, and less than one year old
- Apostilled criminal-record certificate for countries lived in over six months in the last five years
- Uruguayan vaccination certificate (Decree 136/2018)
- Original and current documentation presented in person
How to apply
- Complete the online residence form and upload documents
- Await acceptance email with a link to book an appointment
- Present original documents at the chosen migration office
