Requirements
- Evidence of onward travel and the right to enter the destination country
- Valid passport and completed application at a Ukrainian mission
- Supporting documents that determine the validity granted
How to apply
- Apply at a Ukrainian embassy or consulate (no earlier than 3 months before travel)
- Submit your passport, completed application form and photograph
- Provide proof of the right to enter the onward country and of the transit itself
- Pay the applicable consular fee

- Valid passport or travel document
- A visa for the destination country (where one is required) together with travel tickets
- Or documents confirming that passengers/cargo are to transit Ukraine by car or coach
- Or an international carrier licence issued by the relevant foreign authority
- Medical/travel insurance covering Ukraine and proof the consular fee is paid
