Who needs a visa to Tunisia?

Passengers having a residency permit granted by a member state of the Gulf Cooperation Council (GCC) may acquire a visa on arrival for a stay of up to 15 days. Entry into Tunisia

Passengers older than 18 who are fully vaccinated must present a valid vaccination certificate. Passengers over the age of 18 who are not fully vaccinated must present evidence of an RT-PCR test or antigen test administered 48 or 24 hours prior to travel. The test result must include the date of administration and a QR code for verification purposes. Under-18-year-olds are not required to present proof of vaccination or a negative test result.

At Tunisia’s entry points, additional health checks, including testing upon arrival, are required. If you test positive upon arrival, you will be required to self-isolate for 5 days, which may be extended by an additional 2 days if your symptoms persist. Citizens of Ireland who intend to travel to Tunisia should regularly monitor developments and consult the latest travel advice prior to departure.
