How to apply
The host institution obtains the favourable opinion of the National Authority for Scientific Research and signs the hosting agreement.
The researcher applies for the D/CS long-stay visa at a Romanian consulate, submitting the approved hosting agreement and supporting documents.
After entering Romania, the researcher applies to IGI for the residence permit for scientific research.
