Requirements

- Criminal record certificate
- Medical insurance valid for the visa period
- Proof of accommodation in Romania

How to apply
Prepare the business plan and obtain the required endorsement/technical opinion from the competent Romanian authority.
Apply for the D/AC long-stay visa at a Romanian consulate, providing the endorsement, bank statement, criminal record, insurance and accommodation proof.
After entering Romania, apply to IGI for the temporary residence permit for commercial activities and renew it as required.
