- An active employment, business or client relationship based outside Estonia
- Income at or above the published monthly threshold for the six months before applying
- Documentary evidence of income (bank statements, payslips, contracts, invoices)
- Health insurance valid in Estonia
- A valid travel document

How to apply
Complete the visa pre-application in the Estonian visa portal (eelviisataotlus.vm.ee), then book an appointment and submit the signed application in person, usually at the nearest Estonian embassy or consulate.
Include full evidence that your work is location-independent and that your income meets the threshold. Processing typically takes up to 30 days, and the visa is collected from the embassy where you applied.
