Requirements
- Completed MPMC100 form (Sections 1, 6 and 11)
- Copy of the Investment Certificate issued by the Ministry of Commerce, Industry and Labour
- Evidence of funds for business and personal support (e.g. bank statement)
- Business licence (Ministry of Revenue) and company registration (Ministry of Justice) as applicable
- Medical and police reports if staying 1 year or more

How to apply
- Complete the pre-requisite registrations with Commerce, Revenue and Justice
- Complete and sign the MPMC100 form and attach the Investment Certificate and supporting documents
- Lodge at the Immigration Division in Apia or a Samoan mission, at least 30 days before travel
