  • Non-citizens establishing a business or investing in Samoa
  • Those with an Investment Certificate from the Ministry of Commerce, Industry and Labour

Requirements

  • Completed MPMC100 form (Sections 1, 6 and 11)
  • Copy of the Investment Certificate issued by the Ministry of Commerce, Industry and Labour
  • Evidence of funds for business and personal support (e.g. bank statement)
  • Business licence (Ministry of Revenue) and company registration (Ministry of Justice) as applicable
  • Medical and police reports if staying 1 year or more
  • The applicable fee

How to apply

  • Complete the pre-requisite registrations with Commerce, Revenue and Justice
  • Complete and sign the MPMC100 form and attach the Investment Certificate and supporting documents
  • Lodge at the Immigration Division in Apia or a Samoan mission, at least 30 days before travel
