Requirements
- Completed MPMC100 form (Sections 1, 9 and 11)
- Letter from your sponsoring academic institution supporting the research
- Letter from a tertiary institution in Samoa supporting the research
- Evidence of funds and onward travel (e.g. bank statement and return ticket)
- Medical and police reports if staying 1 year or more
