Requirements

  • A genuine, acceptable travel document (passport) valid for not less than 6 months.
  • You must be entering Rwanda for a conference, meeting, workshop or other related activity.
  • Work is not permitted on the V5 visa.
  • The visa is free of charge for nationals of countries with which Rwanda has a visa-waiver arrangement (including African Union, Commonwealth and La Francophonie members).

Documents you may need

  • Passport valid for at least 6 months.
  • A recent passport-size photograph.
  • An invitation letter or application letter for the conference, meeting or workshop.
