Important

This information is for general guidance only. Meeting the requirements does not guarantee your application will be approved.

All applicants need a travel document (passport) that is valid for at least six months. Visitor visas typically also require a passport photograph, a completed application form, and, where requested, proof of accommodation and onward or return travel.

Permit applications require route-specific evidence: an employment contract and qualifications for a work permit; an admission letter and proof of funds for a student permit; marriage, birth or adoption certificates for a dependent permit; and business registration or investment/RDB certification for an investor permit. Police clearance is commonly required for applicants over 18.
