Documents you may need
- Formulario PA - Nacionalización
- Receipt number and payment date for the processing fee
- Original civil marriage certificate registered with RENIEC, issued no more than 30 calendar days earlier, evidencing at least two years of marriage to a Peruvian
- If married abroad: the marriage certificate registered at the Peruvian consulate, issued no more than 90 calendar days earlier and legalised by Peru's Ministry of Foreign Affairs (or registered in Peru within 90 days of arrival)
- Original birth certificate of the Peruvian spouse
- Plain copy of the applicant's passport
- Evidence of family income for both spouses (e.g. payslips, professional-fee receipts, employment or service contracts, SUNAT declarations)
- Simple sworn declaration of cohabitation and that the marriage bond subsists, signed by both spouses
- Sworn declaration of state of health, of domicile, and of having no criminal, police or judicial record in Peru or abroad
- Ficha de Canje Internacional issued by INTERPOL Lima (OCN) dated within the last six (6) months
- DNI of the Peruvian spouse, whose address must match the one declared by the applicant
