Requirements

- Obtain the cédula de identidad
- Convert to MERCOSUR permanent residence, and later pursue naturalisation
How to apply
- Follow the MERCOSUR temporary residence procedure published by Migraciones
- Submit the application at least 90 days before the temporary card expires to obtain permanent residence
- Provide translated and legalised/apostilled documents as required
