Who it is for

  • Nationals of countries on PNG's visa-on-arrival eligible list
  • Travellers coming for holidays, sightseeing, social or recreational activities
  • Those visiting friends or relatives in PNG

Requirements

  • Request letter from the applicant
  • Copy of the valid passport bio-data page (passport valid at least 6 months)
  • Copy of travel itinerary with confirmed onward/return ticket
  • Evidence that the applicant is financially secure for the visit

What you can do

  • Enter PNG once for tourism, social or recreational purposes
  • Stay for the permitted 30 or 60 days from arrival
  • Visit friends and relatives

How to apply

  • Check on the ICA website whether your nationality is eligible for visa on arrival / EVP
  • Apply online through the ICA eVisa system at ica.gov.pg (not third-party sites)
  • eVisas can be issued quickly where all entry requirements are met
