Documents you may need

  • Valid passport (with a long-stay visa if you are a non-EEA national)
  • Marriage certificate
  • Birth certificate less than 3 months old
  • Criminal-record extract(s) covering the last 5 years, less than 3 months old
  • Completed declaration of honour form
  • Proof of accommodation in Monaco (tenancy agreement or property deed, plus an electricity bill or contract)
  • Proof of financial resources and/or a reference from a Monaco bank (less than 1 month old)
