Who it is for
- The spouse or registered civil partner of a Monaco resident
- Children of the resident (permit required from age 16)
Requirements
- The main resident holds a valid Monaco residence permit
- Accommodation adequate for the size of the household (property size adapted to the number of occupants)
- Sufficient shared financial resources to support the family
- Good character (criminal-record extract) and a valid travel document; non-EEA members obtain a French long-stay visa first
How to apply
- Apply to the Residents Section online via the teleservice platform or in person at 9 rue Suffren-Reymond
- Provide the same accommodation, resources and character evidence as the main resident
