Who it is for

  • The spouse or registered civil partner of a Monaco resident
  • Children of the resident (permit required from age 16)

Requirements

  • The main resident holds a valid Monaco residence permit
  • Accommodation adequate for the size of the household (property size adapted to the number of occupants)
  • Sufficient shared financial resources to support the family
  • Good character (criminal-record extract) and a valid travel document; non-EEA members obtain a French long-stay visa first

How to apply

  • Apply to the Residents Section online via the teleservice platform or in person at 9 rue Suffren-Reymond
  • Provide the same accommodation, resources and character evidence as the main resident
