Who it is for
- Foreign nationals enrolled at an officially registered Dominican study centre

Requirements
- Passport valid for a minimum of 18 months
- Current Student Visa (E)
- Legalised/apostilled non-extended birth certificate
- Four recent 2x2 photographs (front and right-profile, plain white background)
- Certificate of no criminal record (and Dominican Attorney General certification if in-country over six months)
- Proof of admission or registration at the study centre
- Valid DGM-approved medical insurance and proof of financial means; medical examinations at a DGM-authorised institution
How to apply
- Obtain admission at a registered study centre
- Apply for the Student Visa (E) at a Dominican consulate
- After entry, apply to the DGM for the Student Permit (E-1)
- Renew annually while enrolled
