How consular visa fees and DGM permit/residence fees are structured, and where the official rate tables are published.
Important
Consular visa fees are set by MIREX and published on its consular rates page. Reported figures include a simple tourism visa (TS) at US$100, multiple tourism visa (TM) at US$150, simple business visa (NS) at US$150, multiple business visa (NM) and business visa with labour purposes (NM1) at US$200, student visa (E) at US$100, dependency visa (DPM) at US$150, residence visa (RS) at US$200, and the temporary workers visa (VTT) at US$95; diplomatic, official and courtesy visas are issued free of charge.
The tourist card, now incorporated into the e-Ticket, carries a fee of around US$10 that is usually already included in the airfare; completing the e-Ticket form itself on the official portal is free.
Residence permits, renewals and other DGM procedures carry their own separate fees payable to the DGM. Because all of these amounts change from time to time, verify the current figures on the official MIREX consular rates page and the relevant DGM service page before paying anything.
