Who it is for

  • Foreign artists and sportspeople performing temporarily in the country
  • Exchange students and those doing voluntary service

Requirements

  • Passport valid for a minimum of 18 months
  • Current Multiple Business Visa (NM) or Student Visa (E)
  • Copy of the return air ticket
  • Four recent 2x2 photographs (front and right-profile, plain white background)
  • Updated, notarised and legalised certification from the institution or company guaranteeing the applicant's stay

How to apply

  • Obtain the required NM or E visa
  • Assemble the documents including the guarantor certification
  • File the PADEI application with the DGM
  • Renew annually (up to four years)
