Requirements
- Approval from the Department of Labour
- Completed work permit application form and employer/employee undertakings
- Copy of passport (or voter identity card) and of the relevant visa/entry permit
- Medical fitness certificate from a government-certified medical officer in Bhutan
How to apply
- Employer obtains Department of Labour approval for the foreign worker
- Employer submits the work permit application to the Department of Immigration
- Provide undertakings, passport copy, visa copy and medical fitness certificate
- Renew the permit within the length allowed for the employment
