Who it is for

  • Spouse and children of professional work permit holders and overseas employees
  • Dependants of officials of international organisations and specified projects/units (e.g. hydropower, Dantak, IMTRAT)

Requirements

  • Recommendation from the employer of the sponsoring permit holder
  • Passport valid for at least six months
  • Notarised copy of the marriage certificate (for a spouse)
  • Notarised copy of the birth certificate (for children below 18)
  • Completed visa application form

How to apply

  • The sponsor's employer submits the application to the Department of Immigration
  • Provide relationship documents and passport copies
