Requirements
- Completed residence permit application form (I.F.5)
- Close-relative guarantee form completed by the local spouse
- Application letter to the Chief Director of Immigration (CDI) from the foreign spouse
- Support letter from the local spouse
- Marriage certificate and supporting documents, authenticated according to origin
How to apply
- The foreign spouse submits the application with the local spouse's guarantee and support letter
- Documents from outside Zimbabwe must be notarised; those from within certified by a Commissioner of Oaths
- Submit to the Department of Immigration and pay the fee
