Requirements
- Completed residence permit application form
- Application letter to the Chief Director of Immigration (CDI)
- Certified passport bio-data page and two certified photos
- Project proposal and company documents
- Police clearance not older than six months
- Radiological certificate
- Banking history and proof of funds available for transfer
- Proof of equipment to be imported and lists of expatriate and local employees
- Statutory non-refundable fee of USD 500, plus USD 300 per dependant

- Submit the application and documents to the Department of Immigration
