Requirements

  • Completed residence permit application form
  • Application letter to the Chief Director of Immigration (CDI)
  • Certified passport bio-data page and two certified photos
  • Project proposal and company documents
  • Police clearance not older than six months
  • Radiological certificate
  • Banking history and proof of funds available for transfer
  • Proof of equipment to be imported and lists of expatriate and local employees
  • Statutory non-refundable fee of USD 500, plus USD 300 per dependant

  • Submit the application and documents to the Department of Immigration
  • Authenticate documents according to their origin
