- Criminal-background certificate from the country of origin or last 5 years of residence
- For company representatives: power of attorney (apostilled/legalised, translated where necessary) and corporate formation documents
- Payment of the consular fee
How to apply
- Establish the investment and obtain acceptance/supporting documentation from the competent Venezuelan agencies
- Complete the visa application form and gather the supporting documents
- Submit the application and documents to the nearest Venezuelan consulate or embassy
- Pay the consular fee and await issuance
