Documents you need for a South Sudan visa
A valid passport, photograph and payment are core; some routes need invitation letters, admission letters or clearance certificates.
Important
For most visa routes you need a passport valid for at least 180 days from your arrival date, a recent passport-style photograph and the passport bio-data page. Payment is made online by credit or debit card for the eVisa. Depending on the route you may also need an invitation or support letter (business), an admission letter (study), or an onward ticket and destination visa (transit).
A yellow fever vaccination certificate is commonly required for entry to South Sudan; confirm the current requirement with the authority. Work permit applications have their own document set, including a CV, academic certificates and CID/Interpol clearance certificates.
