For the eVisa/eTAS you need a passport valid for at least six months beyond arrival with a blank page, a recent passport photo or selfie, a scan of your passport bio-data page, and accommodation/contact details in Somalia.

Work and residence routes require more: a work permit application includes a CV, academic qualification, medical report and entry visa, while a permit of stay adds an approved employment contract or business permit, passport valid for at least one year, and passport-size photographs.
