The Seychelles Travel Authorisation explained
Seychelles requires no visa, but every traveller - by air or by sea - must obtain an electronic Travel Authorisation through the official Seychelles Electronic Border System before arriving.

Uniquely, Seychelles issues no visas to anyone, yet still controls entry through a mandatory Travel Authorisation (TA). All travellers must apply online through the Seychelles Electronic Border System (SEBS) at seychelles.govtas.com, or through the Seychelles e-Border app, before travelling. The requirement covers arrivals by air and, since its extension to sea arrivals, cruise-ship and private-yacht passengers too.
The TA lets the government screen travellers in advance, strengthen border security and speed up arrival. Applicants provide passport details, a photo, trip and accommodation details, and pay the fee (EUR 10.90 standard). The government stresses that only the official SEBS platform should be used - many third-party sites charge inflated prices for the same authorisation.
The TA is not a visa and does not by itself grant entry: on arrival, travellers who meet the conditions are granted the free Visitor's Permit that sets how long they can stay.
