Requirements

  • Proof of the sponsor's Seychelles citizenship (passport bio page, birth certificate or naturalisation certificate)
  • Dependant's passport biodata page
  • Marriage certificate (for a spouse)
  • Child's birth certificate(s)
  • Medical certificate
  • Financial documentation showing ability to support the dependant
  • A security bond (amount varies)

What you can do

  • Reside in Seychelles with the sponsoring citizen family member
  • You may not work on a Dependent's Permit - a Gainful Occupation Permit is required to work

How to apply

  • The Seychelles citizen applies on behalf of the dependant
  • Submit the application with proof of citizenship, the family relationship documents and financial evidence
  • Pay the processing fee and the annual permit fee
