Who it is for

Requirements
- Valid passport with at least 6 months validity
- Proof of legal entry into Senegal (visa or entry stamp)
- Completed application and supporting documents for the stay purpose
- Proof of means of support / accommodation
How to apply
- Apply at the DPETV in Dakar (Dieuppeul, Allées Sérigne Ababacar Sy) or at the local police/gendarmerie outside Dakar
- Collect the récépissé authorising your stay while the card is produced
- Collect the card, or request an extension of the receipt, when the receipt period ends
- Renew the card before it expires
