Requirements
- Completed MPMC100 form
- Employer Sponsorship (Guarantee) form completed by your employer and lodged with Immigration
- Originals or certified copies of employment references, training and academic qualifications
- Medical report (MPMC102/MPMC103) for anyone over 16 staying 1 year or more
- Police report for anyone over 18 staying 1 year or more, from each country lived in for over a year in the last 5 years
- Two recent passport-sized photographs of each person included

What you can do
- Work in Samoa for the employer named in your permit once Labour approves the employment
- Dependants may separately seek authority to work during the validity of the principal's permit
How to apply
- Complete the MPMC100 form (Sections 1, 7 and 11) and sign the declaration
- Attach the employer's sponsorship form and all supporting documents
- Lodge at the Immigration Division in Apia or a Samoan mission overseas, at least 30 days before travel
