Who it is for
- Non-citizens enrolled at a Samoan school, college or university
- Scholarship holders and privately funded students
Requirements
- Completed MPMC100 form (Sections 1, 8 and 11)
- Letter from the education institution confirming enrolment (Ministry of Health letter for medical students)
- Evidence of funds to support yourself (e.g. bank statement)
- Scholarship award letter if applicable, or evidence of accommodation if a private student
- Medical and police reports if staying 1 year or more
- The WST$300 fee (plus WST$150 per dependant)
How to apply
- Complete and sign the MPMC100 form
- Attach enrolment confirmation and supporting documents
- Lodge at the Immigration Division in Apia or a Samoan mission, at least 30 days before travel
