Requirements
- Completed MPMC100 form (Sections 1, 10 and 11)
- Statement describing the nature of the visit, or a confirmation letter from event organisers
- Letter from hosts confirming accommodation arrangements
- Evidence of funds to support yourself
- Medical and police reports if staying 1 year or more
- The WST$100 fee (plus WST$50 per dependant)
How to apply
- Complete and sign the MPMC100 form
- Attach supporting letters and evidence of funds
- Lodge at the Immigration Division in Apia or a Samoan mission, at least 30 days before travel
