Requirements

  • Completed Citizenship Application Form (including reference page)
  • Certified passport-sized photographs (applicant and spouse where relevant)
  • Birth certificates and passport bio-data pages
  • Marriage certificate (where relevant)
  • Medical certificate (applicant)
  • Police certificate (applicant)
  • Original documents (returned on completion)

How to apply

  • Complete the Citizenship Application Form and gather original supporting documents
  • Pay the EC$150.00 non-refundable application fee
  • Submit to the Office of the Prime Minister, 4th Floor, Administrative Centre, Bay Street, Kingstown
  • Pay the registration fee on approval
