Requirements
- Application letter
- Marriage certificate (for a spouse) or birth/adoption certificate (for a child)
- Police clearance for applicants over 18
- Copy of the principal's identity/permit document
How to apply
- Ensure the sponsor already holds the underlying residence permit or is a Rwandan citizen
- Apply online via Irembo with proof of the family relationship
- Pay the dependant fee (half the principal's fee)
