Who it is for
- Foreigners with an employment contract, administrative relationship or services contract in Peru
- Both subordinate employees and independent workers providing services to Peruvian entities
Requirements
- No police, criminal or judicial record in your country of origin or countries of prior residence
- Simple copy of a valid passport or analogous travel document
- Interpol international clearance record (Ficha de canje internacional), issued within the last 6 months (minors exempt)
- Supporting employment / contract documentation

- Carry out paid, subordinate or independent work in Peru
- Reside in Peru for the authorised period and renew while the employment continues
How to apply
- Pay the fee (code 07568) at any Banco de la Nación agency
- Start the procedure online through the Migraciones digital agency
- Select the change of immigration status and upload the required documents as PDF
