Who it is for
- Foreign students enrolled in officially recognised Peruvian education institutions
- Those undertaking higher, basic, technical, arts/crafts education or professional practice of one year or more
Requirements
- Copy of the enrolment certificate from a recognised institution, stating the applicant's name and a study duration of one year or more
- Sworn declaration of economic solvency for the duration of the studies (signed by a parent/guardian if a minor)
- Certificate of no criminal, penal or police record in the country of origin or countries of residence in the previous five years
- Foreign documents legalised by the Peruvian consulate and Ministry of Foreign Affairs, or apostilled
How to apply
- Pay the fee (code 07568) at any Banco de la Nación agency
- Apply online through the Migraciones digital agency
- Upload the enrolment certificate and supporting documents as PDF
