Who it is for

  • Foreign investors setting up, developing or managing a business in Peru
  • Individuals making a qualifying capital investment in a Peruvian company

Requirements

  • A qualifying investment in a Peruvian company made through the regulated banking system
  • Investment certificate presented to Migraciones for authentication
  • No police, criminal or judicial record in your country of origin or prior countries of residence
  • Application form indicated by Migraciones for the investor status

How to apply

  • Make the investment through a supervised financial/banking entity and obtain the investment certificate
  • Present the certificate to Migraciones for authentication together with the required form
  • Apply for the investor resident status through the Migraciones virtual channels
