Requirements
- A qualifying investment in a Peruvian company made through the regulated banking system
- Investment certificate presented to Migraciones for authentication
- No police, criminal or judicial record in your country of origin or prior countries of residence
- Application form indicated by Migraciones for the investor status
How to apply
- Make the investment through a supervised financial/banking entity and obtain the investment certificate
- Present the certificate to Migraciones for authentication together with the required form
- Apply for the investor resident status through the Migraciones virtual channels
