Requirements
- Valid copy of the employee's passport bio-data page
- Updated curriculum vitae and copy of the job description
- Certified evidence of education qualifications
- Employment contract signed by both employee and employer
- Two recent colour passport photographs and the employee's right thumbprint
- Evidence of professional registration / English language proficiency where relevant
- Employer's IPA certificate of incorporation
- Police clearance and medical report including chest X-ray
- Maintenance guarantee bond signed and stamped by the employer/sponsor
- Receipt of payment of the (non-refundable) fee
How to apply
- The employer submits the application through the ICA Sponsor Portal for new applicants
- Additional documentation (organisational structure, justification letter) may be requested
- Requirements for renewals, bridging and cancellation are published on the ICA website
